Kle009 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and kle009 ("Platform", "we", or "kle009"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the kle009.app website, the kle009 mobile app, and all services provided by us.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any part of the kle009 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and all other related policies, including the kle009 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2Account Eligibility

• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform

• Disruption or abuse during a Live Casino session directed at the dealer or other players
• Sharing your account or allowing another party to use your account

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of balances and wins, and/or appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

8Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their kle009 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the player once all relevant requirements have been met.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in Malaysia.
